Otley – The Famous Pub Town
Otley is a famous Yorkshire pub town. For a town of its size, there are a surprising number of pubs and bars. Indeed Otley is one of a select handful of towns in England that can argue about having the highest number of pubs for its size!

Otley is a medieval market town and old licensing laws permitted public houses to open all day on market days when other pubs could not, one of the reason why Otley has long been a destination for pub lovers. Some of the town’s famous pubs go back to the time of the English Civil War, some more recent additions were added in much more recent times!
